Eddie Ang

Chef Eddie has more than 21 years of experience in preparing Japanese cuisines. He spent a number of years in Japan, learning the authentic way of Japanese culinary from renowned masters before coming back to Singapore. Since then, he has been trying to improve his culinary skills by perfecting traditional dishes and introducing new items in the menu. One thing that never change in all these years and will remain unchanged is Eddie's particular demand for freshness of the ingredients.
